heavy rain from north Durham east to Oxford, Henderson, and near
Warrentton, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Rainfall up to 2 inches in 30 minutes, wind gusts up to 40
mph.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
