Special Weather Statement issued July 2 at 12:58AM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

Clearing skies, light winds, and lingering low-level moisture are
leading to the development of fog. Visibilities will be below a
quarter of a mile at times and visibilities may change rapidly
over short distances. Be sure to slow down and use your low beam
headlights when you encounter any fog.
