Eastern Midland County in western Texas…

* Until 1115 AM CDT.

* At 819 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy showers producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Potentially 1 to 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by heavy showers.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets, low-water crossings and
underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-
lying areas.
