* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 924 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated pockets of moderate to heavy rain. This will cause
urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.3 and 0.6 inches
of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Lubbock, Wolfforth, Ransom Canyon, Downtown Lubbock, Texas
Tech University, Lubbock South Plains Mall, Woodrow, Lubbock
