* WHERE…A portion of southwest Texas, including the following
counties, Culberson and Jeff Davis.
* WHEN…Until 700 AM CDT /600 AM MDT/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Several roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
Additional heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 754 PM CDT /654 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated lingering
showers over the warned area, but the overall intensity and
coverage of rain has been decreasing since 7 PM CDT / 6 PM
MDT. Several inches of rain has fallen over much of Jeff
Davis and southeastern Culberson county the past couple of
days. Some roads remain closed and low water crossings will
remain inundated from the heavy rains through the overnight
hours.

Kent, Fort Davis, McDonald Observatory, Bloys Camp, Davis
Mountains State Park, Black Mountain, Buffalo Trail Scout
Camp, Indian Lodge, Fort Davis National Historical Site and
