Special Weather Statement issued July 2 at 7:31PM PDT by NWS Medford OR

At 730 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southeast of Warner Valley Scenic Overlook, or 45 miles
northeast of Lakeview, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Lake
County.
