at 5 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts around 40 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground
lightning.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is
occurring.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Baker
