Special Weather Statement issued July 3 at 7:40PM PDT by NWS Boise ID

At 740 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Christmas Valley Sand Dunes to
Black Cap. Movement was north at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
visibilities.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Lynch Gulch and Three Story Rim around 750 PM PDT.
Little Juniper Mountain around 800 PM PDT.
Wagontire and Horsehead Mountain around 810 PM PDT.
Wilson Butte and Wagontire Mountain around 820 PM PDT.
