Update: We've received feedback that the HNL North Six Arrival procedure could result in a challenging turn from Base Leg to Final Approach for RWY 4L or 4R. While the following Notice as originally sent addresses the current situation, we want to emphasize that safety is always THE most important concern - nothing else comes close. Accordingly, pilots should consider requesting an alternate arrival or offshore vectors and must be cognizant of all potential risk factors, especially current winds. Bradley International Airport Runway Construction
KBDL runway construction project will start on 4/21 and end on 11/21/25. There will be multiple phases as indicated below: Phase 1: 4/21-5/1/25. RY 15/33 closed but available for taxi. Taxiway S/D intersection closed. Runway 6/24 remains open. Phase 2-6: 5/1-11/21/25. RY 6/24 closed. Portions of taxiway C and E will close based on the specific phase. Phase 4: 8/9-8/11, 8/16-8/18, 8/23-8/25, 9/6-9/8, 9/13-9/15, 10/4-10/6, 10/11-10/13, 10/18-10/20, 10/25-10/27. Runways 15/33 and 6/24 closed for construction at the intersection nightly 0000L-0530L.
