Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary:   Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms developing with the sea breezes this afternoon and evening (5-25% chance of rain). Scattered showers and thunderstorms may begin to move into the Panhandle overnight into early Saturday morning as a weak cold front approaches (15-35% chance of rain). A few strong to severe thunderstorms  capable of producing frequent lightning, damaging wind gusts, hail, and locally heavy downpours may be possible along the Panhandle ( Marginal Risk for Severe Weather - level 1 of 5 ).
