* WHAT...Apparent (feels-like) temperatures as low as 25 expected. * WHERE...Greater Portland/Vancouver Metro, Central and Southern Willamette Valley, Lower Columbia River and Cowlitz River Valleys, and South Washington Cascade Foothills. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Hypothermia can occur with prolonged exposure to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Easterly winds through the Columbia River Gorge with gusts to 25-30 mph in the far eastern Portland/Vancouver Metro area will lead to warmer temperatures, but the wind chill will be close to 25 degrees.
