Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Alger County. * WHEN...From 1 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will move in after midnight, but may remain rain near the lakeshore.
