At 1012 PM CST, emergency management reported flash flooding across the warned area. While the heaviest rain has come to an end, widespread flooding will continue for several more hours as runoff continues to force area rivers and streams higher. Numerous roads are either closed or impassable. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is possible in the warned area.
