Northwesterly winds will result in several meandering lake enhanced bands of snow between eastern Ohio counties and through western PA through the afternoon. Rapid snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and localized spots of 3+ inches will be possible. Visibilities within the band could briefly be reduced to a quarter of a mile or less at times.
