South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan affecting Rockwall and Hunt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM CST Friday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 6.5 feet early Wednesday afternoon.

Visibility will be down to 1/4 mile at times. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central and south central Nebraska, generally west of Highway 281. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A frontal boundary is expected to push the fog out of the region from west to east by mid-morning.
