Since the transition from snow Monday morning, up to an inch of rain has fallen across the area. Rain is expected to continue through Monday night followed by another round of heavy rain for Tuesday. 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected through Tuesday night. Due to significant snow pack from the recent storm and frozen ground from recent cold temperatures, runoff will have a difficult time keeping up with this amount of rain.
