Northwestern Pecos County in southwestern Texas... * Until 100 AM CDT. * At 1047 PM CDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across much of the warned area since earlier this evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area as additional storms move over already saturated ground. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
