Damaging winds may topple a few trees and possibly knock out some power lines. Damage to weaker structures is also possible. Areas of fog reducing visibilities to under a mile will continue to cover inland portions of eastern NC through early this morning. Locally dense patches of visibility a half mile or less are possible at times. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
