Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact holiday weekend travel and the Tuesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold wind chills will accompany the snow.

Likelihood of moderate impacts is greater than 90 percent in the Camas Prairie and greater than 60% along the benches of US-95. * WHERE...Greer Grade, Camas Prairie, White Bird Grade, Grangeville and vicinity, and Highway 95 Slate Creek to Riggins. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...For MODERATE impacts from snow, expect disruptions to normal activities. Hazardous traveling conditions. Use extra caution while driving. Closures and disruptions to infrastructure may occur. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes, especially over higher passes.

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches across the north half of the Park, with higher amounts of 4 to 8 inches for southern portions of the Park. Southwestern YNP including Pitchstone Plateau may see additional amounts of 10 to 15 inches. Additional accumulations around Mammoth and the Lamar Valley will range from 1 to 3 inches. * WHERE...Yellowstone National Park. * WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult, especially in the backcountry.

The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will gradually mix with and then change to rain Friday morning into Friday afternoon across the Ogden, Heber and Morgan Valleys.
