The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.

Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches and then ice accumulations up to one quarter of an inch. * WHERE...Southeast Webster, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and Southeast Raleigh Counties. * WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely be slick and hazardous. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread power outages.

Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
