Multiple rounds of snow and gusty winds will continue to impact the northern Colorado mountains through Monday. One break in the action will occur this morning, but then the next round moves in this afternoon and evening. Another break is expected Sunday late morning through early evening, before the final wave of snow moves in late Sunday evening and continues through at least mid day Monday. At 1040 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Dermott, moving northeast at 35 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM! HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, siding, and vehicles. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Chicot County.
