The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Much of central and east central Illinois, generally along and east of a line from Galesburg to Springfield to Effingham. * WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most widespread dense fog will be near the I-74 corridor. In areas further south, from Springfield to Effingham east, visibility will fluctuate between a quarter mile and a few miles.
