Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lihue, Kapaa, Kilauea, Wailua Homesteads, Wailua, Anahola, North Fork Wailua Trails, Moloaa, Wailua River State Park, Kealia, Hanamaulu, Puhi and Kalihiwai.
