Warm and dry conditions are expected this afternoon. Coupled with breezy winds, conditions for fire are expected to be near critical. Areas along and east of I-29 are the most likely to experience near critical conditions. Humidity levels should decrease to 20-25% this afternoon as winds are weakening.
