Higher amounts are possible on the hill tops like South Mountain, Blue Mountain and the Furnace Hills. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall between 2 and 6 PM EST. Rates of 1 inch per hour or higher are possible during that time

Higher totals are possible over the higher elevations of Somerset County. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall between 1 and 6 PM EST. Brief snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour are possible, mainly to the south of Altoona, State College and Williamsport.
