For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 10 below expected. * WHERE...Central Highlands. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 5 PM MST this afternoon. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Very cold temperatures tonight will lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure outdoors.

Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions in some areas, especially if traveling roads on the north sides of ridges, where little heating from the sun through the clouds will occur due to the low sun angle. Road temperatures could be around 30 degrees, causing a thin layer of black ice.
