* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 5 and 15 expected. * WHERE...All of west central Texas. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1145 AM PST this morning for a portion of northwest California, including the following area, Humboldt. The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
