* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulation of a glaze up to one tenth of an inch. Total snow accumulation of up to 2 inches. * WHERE...South of Glennallen, including Kenny Lake and Chitina. * WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of snow will continue this evening, then transition to freezing rain for areas south of Glennallen. Precipitation will become intermittent overnight tonight, potentially shutting off in some areas. The most likely area to see continued freezing rain overnight into Wednesday morning

Northeast winds gusting as high as 25 mph. * WHERE...Thompson Pass, Keystone Canyon, Valdez. * WHEN...Until 3 AM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be hazardous. Expect significantly reduced visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of freezing rain near Valdez and higher elevation snow/sleet/freezing rain will continue into early morning Wednesday.
