Bands of snowfall across the Pribilof Islands could become heavier as the backside of a strong low pressure system moves through the Bering Sea between Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon. Due to the showery nature of these snow bands, the exact timing and intensity could vary. Additionally, low visibility is possible along with gusty southeast winds up to 30 to 40 mph before a transition to lighter winds and snowfall rates Tuesday night.
