THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 183 IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN IOWA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 4 COUNTIES IN SOUTHWEST IOWA FREMONT MILLS MONTGOMERY PAGE IN NEBRASKA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA NEMAHA PAWNEE RICHARDSON THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF AUBURN, CLARINDA, FALLS CITY, FARRAGUT, GLENWOOD, HAMBURG, PAWNEE CITY, RED OAK, SHENANDOAH, SIDNEY, TABLE ROCK, AND TABOR.

In Wyoming, Northeast Bighorn Mountains. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Travel will be hazardous on US-14. Recreation in the high country will be impacted by heavy accumulating snow. Expect blowing snow to cause reduced visibility.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...The lower Cape Fear River including downtown Wilmington. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Portions of Battleship Road and USS North Carolina Road observe minor coastal flooding up to one half foot in depth. In downtown Wilmington, a block of Water Street observes minor flooding up to one quarter foot in depth.
