Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur through mountain passes and east slopes. Locations at highest risk include Northeast El Paso, Central El Paso, WSMR Main Post, and the western ridge of the Sacramento Mountains.
