* WHAT...Snow above 9000 feet. Additional snow accumulations of around 3 to 9 inches. * WHERE...Southern Mountains, primarily above 9000 feet. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times along SR-12 for elevations above 9,000 feet during the nighttime hours as temperatures become cold enough for accumulating snowfall. Significant impacts to travel are not anticipated during the daylight hours. Any outdoor recreationists should expect periods of moderate to heavy snowfall in the high elevations (above 9,000ft) through late Tuesday morning.

* WHAT...Heavy falling and accumulating snow on northeast aspects. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 16 inches above 7000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Recreation in the high country will be impacted by heavy accumulating snow. The heavy snow will also hamper snow removal operations on the Beartooth Highway. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Much less snow will fall on southwest and west facing slopes, including the mountains around Cooke City.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues to be possible. * WHERE...YUKON RIVER AT CIRCLE * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The Yukon River at Eagle broke up early Thursday morning. The breakup front that was stalled downstream of Eagle near the Tatonduk River has started moving again and as of Sunday afternoon was past the Charley River. The breakup front and associated 25 mile run of ice has been advancing without any jamming or overbank flooding as of this writing. With
