For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Visibility below one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...For the Honey Lake Basin, Eagle Lake, Smoke Creek Desert, and areas around Pyramid Lake. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility may make driving conditions hazardous along Highway 447 from Fernley to Gerlach, Pyramid Highway through Palomino Valley and Highway 395 through the Honey Valley from Stateline to Susanville. Roads may also be slick and hazardous.
