Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches, primarily in the northeast portion of the county. * WHERE...Cuyahoga County. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Periodic, heavy lake effect snow bands will bring occasional one inch per hour snowfall rates and poor visibility, as low as one quarter of a mile, which will make travel difficult. Plan for slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes and any post-holiday travel.
