In Nevada, Northern Washoe County, Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake, and Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility may make driving conditions hazardous along Highway 447 from Fernley to Gerlach, Pyramid Highway through Palomino Valley and Highway 395 through the Honey Lake Valley from Stateline to Susanville. Roads may also be slick. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy freezing fog may expand into the Truckee Meadows through the morning.
