The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A series of storms will bring considerably warmer weather and a chance of precipitation to the area today through Tuesday. Rain is most likely to spread into the Susitna Valley from Monday afternoon through early Tuesday. While temperatures may rise above freezing, surface temperatures are likely to remain below freezing due to recent cold weather.
