Snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and a light glaze of ice accumulation. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/ Sunday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing fog and periods of freezing drizzle will persist through the afternoon, with temperatures remaining steady in the upper teens and lower 20s. Precipitation will transition to flurries or very light snow as temperatures fall through the teens this evening. A period of accumulating snow is expected late tonight and early Sunday

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest impact will be felt near the intersection of Highway 14 and Highway 58.
