Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary:   Areas of fog and low clouds , with areas of dense fog  across Nature Coast and East-Central Florida, will gradually lift and dissipate through the early to mid-morning hours. A more active weather pattern will develop across the Panhandle as a warm front lifts allowing for isolated showers and thunderstorms, some of which may be locally strong to severe  this afternoon (20-55% chance of rain).
