Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...East Slopes Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet and Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall is expected Thursday afternoon and evening.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest New Mexico and southwest Texas. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday and Friday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher snow totals of up to 5 inches possible in the Gila Region, Black Range, and uplands of the New Mexico Bootheel.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 14 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and north central, northwest, and west central Missouri. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
