* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph occurring. * WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong crosswinds will make travel difficult along Interstate 90 from Livingston to Big Timber and roads along the Beartooth Foothills.
