Light snow will continue through today with periods of moderate snow expected this weekend. Total snow accumulations will be between 4 and 8 inches with the highest amounts expected from the Nulato Hills to Anvik and Russian Mission, and into E Norton Sound from St Michael to Shaktoolik. This snowfall will occur over a 3 day period. Since winds will generally be less than 20 mph, only minor blowing snow is expected along the coast with north winds.
