This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation. * WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. In areas where temperatures are near or below freezing, the fog could result in icy roads, sidewalks, and other surfaces. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be limited coverage of dense fog this afternoon, but more widespread coverage is expected to redevelop again this evening and last through early tonight.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest North Carolina, including the following county, Watauga. * WHEN...Until 415 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 202 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Heavy snow is looking likely from the YK Delta to the Interior. The heaviest looks to set up from the Nulato Hills and northeast from there. However, the YK Delta is on the edge and has the potential for heavy snow. Snowfall totals over the 4 day stretch may approach or exceed 12 inches in some spots, especially in the hills.
