Winds gusting 40 to 60 mph in the southern Grande Ronde Valley through this evening. * WHERE...Grande Ronde Valley. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to heavy snow and strong winds. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of strong winds, blowing and drifting snow, and ongoing snowfall is expected to periodically reduce visibilities to one-half mile or less through this afternoon.

Wind chill values as low 5 and 15 below zero expected Tuesday morning.
