* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and northwest California, including the following counties, in central California, Lake. In northwest California, southeastern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 415 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
