Wind gusts as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Snow-covered roads, chain controls and travel delays are likely which will result in very difficult travel at times above 5500 feet. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of moderate to heavy snow through early Wednesday morning. Snow levels rising to 6000 to 7000 feet in the Sierra this afternoon, then lowering 4000-5000
