Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Rain chances shift southeastward to the Florida Peninsula today along and ahead of a weak cold front (40-60% chance of rain). Greatest concentration of shower and thunderstorm activity resides south of the I-4 corridor (60-70% chance of rain); activity to increase in coverage and intensity during the peak heating hours of the day. The interaction between the frontal boundary and the afternoon sea breeze will allow for a few  strong to severe thunderstorms   to develop over the interior and eastern Florida Peninsula later today.

Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Mostly dry and sunny conditions across the Sunshine State today under high pressure (near 0-25% chance of rain). A few isolated showers will be possible along the Atlantic Coast and across South Florida with the help of onshore winds. High temperatures in the low to middle 60s along the Florida Panhandle, middle to upper 60s across the Northern Peninsula, and low to middle 70s across Central Florida, and 70s across South Florida. Winds will continue to reach up to 10 mph with gusts upwards of 5-15
