Greatest concentration of shower and thunderstorm activity resides south of the I-4 corridor (60-70% chance of rain); activity to increase in coverage and intensity during the peak heating hours of the day. The interaction between the frontal boundary and the afternoon sea breeze will allow for a few strong to severe thunderstorms to develop over the interior and eastern Florida Peninsula later today.
