Winds gusting as high as 40 mph possible near Arlington. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wyoming. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead to slick road conditions across the I-80 corridor near Arlington.
