* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by an ice jam is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Montana, including the following county, Richland. * WHEN...Until 400 PM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 246 PM MST, Emergency Management reported an ice jam near the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. - Additional rainfall or snowfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area Wednesday afternoon. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sidney, Fairview and Wooley.

Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
