* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 11 feet. * WHERE...Pohnpei, Kosrae, and Majuro Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 6 PM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous for small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Pohnpei Buoy shows combined seas of 9 to 11 feet and Kosrae/Utwe Buoy shows seas of 7 to 9 feet. both with occasional larger waves. Models indicate elevated winds and sea conditions will persist. Also, another pulse of northerly swell will move through the region, mainly Friday through Sunday, and that will cause seas to be very choppy at some locations.

High elevations of the Bendeleben Mountains and Nulato Hills may see an additional 8 inches of snow. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Interior Seward Peninsula and Middle Yukon Valley. * WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult.

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation, freezing rain, snow, and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to three inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Kivalina and Red Dog Dock, Lower Kobuk Valley and Baldwin Peninsula. * WHEN...Until 3 AM AKST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* WHAT...A ridge of high pressure will lead to a strong inversion and stagnant air conditions near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants. This could worsen air quality over time. * WHERE...Valley locations across southern Oregon. West of the Cascades, this includes the Umpqua, Illinois, Applegate, and Rogue valleys. East of the Cascades, this includes Klamath Falls, Sprague River, Chiloquin, Chemult, Silver Lake, Paisley, and surrounding areas. * WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Watch for icy spots on roads. Poor air quality may cause issues for people with respiratory problems.
