Lights-Out NVD Training MOAs Eastern NC

Please be advised when operating in the following Military Operating Areas (MOA's) in Eastern North Carolina that there could be military aircraft operating with no lights for training purposes. The MOA's are: CORE MOA, PAMLICO C MOA, PAMLICO D MOA. This operation is slated to begin on October 1, 2024 through January 2026. FEMA Authorizes Funds to Fight Upper Applegate Road Fire in Oregon BOTHELL, Wash. -  The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) authorized the use of federal funds to help with firefighting costs for the Upper Applegate Road Fire burning in Jackson County, Oregon.  The state of Oregon’s request for a declaration under FEMA’s Fire Management Assistance Grant (FMAG) program was approved by FEMA Region 10 Acting Administrator Vincent J. Maykovich on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 8:49 p.m. PT.
